add a Guild-aligned business capability hierarchy mapped to processes and services
add Balanced Scorecard strategy maps, strategy-to-capability traceability, initiatives, and governed vision/mission statements
add formal value-stream definitions, stage observations, maturity assessments, architecture dashboards, reports, CLIs, and platform verification
seed four end-to-end value streams and platform strategy across all four perspectives

new migrations and seed rerun successfully with ON_ERROR_STOP=1
